WHO USES OUR SERVICE?
We service all of the major piano stores in the state of Arizona and in the Reno/Tahoe area as well as piano factories that we've serviced for many years such as Yamaha and Steinway. We also service the high end furniture stores in both areas. Many local refinishers call us when they have a difficult repair such as polyester touch up, refinishing project in custom finishes, and antique finishes, then they charge the customer 2 or 3 times what we would charge them if they came to us directly. We have been doing business, since 1975, with all of the major piano and high end fine furniture stores as well as upscale decorators in New York, Houston, Phoenix, and Lake Tahoe and Reno. When you call them for repairs or refinishing we are the ones they recommend. We have many of the major insurance companies, Allstate, Amica Mutual, State Farm, Chub Group and major moving companies, Allied Van Lines, Allied International, Graebel Van Lines, and NorthAmerican Van Lines. These companies have used us for many years, where ever we move to and when their customers have claims they call Grand Finishes, Inc.. We also have corporate accounts that move their personnel around the world that send us fine furniture or pianos that need major repairs and there is no one in the area who can do it. We've had pianos shipped from Quito, Equador for executives in oil companies, when there was no one they could find, in the country, who knew how to repair polyester repairs on pianos. We also do repairs and refinishing for most schools in our area: University of Nevada, Phoenix Union High School, Arizona Music Academy, North Harris College and many others. Are your clients "high profile" requiring special handling? We've had many celebrities over the years including "old blue eyes" himself Frank Sinatra, we repaired both of his matching Yamaha grand pianos, that were shipped to California from New York. We have served several mayors, including 2 of Houston's mayors, as well as a former president, who lived in Texas. Many of the Houston Rockets, a heavy weight world champion boxer, several popular concert pianists, a world famous symphony organist and many news anchors in the country. We even repaired a rocking swan for Princess Diana's little girl. Since she never had a little girl, it was given to someone else's little princes.
